One of the highlights was the opportunity to have a pilot-only conversation with current line pilots, which gave a genuine and transparent look into the day-to-day experience at Republic. The formal interview was straightforward and professional, and the entire process felt welcoming and well thought out. After everything wrapped up, they coordinated a smooth shuttle back to the airport for the trip home. Overall, it was a fun, engaging, and very positive experience that left a great impression of the company and its culture.
