I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ResProp (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process was thorough and very intentional. It consisted of four separate interviews, starting with an initial screening with the recruiter to review experience, alignment, and expectations. From there, I met with the Regional Manager to dive deeper into operational leadership, team management, and property performance. The third interview was with the Regional Vice President, where the focus shifted to strategic thinking, accountability, and long-term vision. The final interview was with the company owner, which really emphasized culture, leadership philosophy, and overall alignment with the company’s values.
Overall, it was a multi-layered process designed to ensure the right fit on both sides, and it showed me how invested the company is in making thoughtful leadership hires.
I applied online. I interviewed at ResProp (Nashville, TN) in May 2026
Interview
The process moved along quickly. Each step went extremely well, so I thought. Then the regional told me she wanted me to interview with her boss next because she was very impressed with me overall. A few days passed, and I sent my follow-up email. No response. I finally received a "thanks but the position was filled" robo email. I was honestly shocked. Then, a few days later, I see the position posted again. Naturally, I reapplied because I really wanted this opportunity. I reached out to one of the team members who is directly responsible for filling this position and was told: "We already have a candidate in the final stages."
This same cycle has recurred 5 times now, with the position still unfilled. I was so disappointed at the lack of professionalism and the feeling I was being lied to for no reason. There couldn't have been a better fit for this position than me. There is comfort in Transparency.
