Applied on Handshake, took 2 months to get a call back. Fast and casual interview process. First a phone interview to ask about you and your education as well as interest in the work followed by an in-person interview, if selected. I went through both and while he was kind, communication with the HR guy was severely lacking. Both of my interviews went incredibly well, but I did not hear back from the company even after kindly requesting a status update via email. I wish I could tell you why I did not receive an offer for the position, but I have no idea. While it seems totally typical these days to not get a reason for your rejection, the practice is sincerely inconsiderate.
I am a new grad with my B.S. in Psychology, and was told upfront that was acceptable, but when I got to the interview to fill out an in-person application, the form stated master's degrees were preferred, so I have no idea if I was actually under-qualified. I also stated during my interview that I intended to attend grad school in the distant future, but perhaps I should have excluded my goals when I was asked about them. Also note that at this time, they're not offering full-time. C'est la vie.
