Submitted application through school's portal. They got back within a month and arranged for an interview. I was interviewed by the recruiter and not the line manager. Questions were simple, the usual "tell me more about yourself", "why hr", and questions with regards to the content in your CV. The offer came in quite early too. Overall, it was quite a positive experience.

Very basic questions like tell me more about yourself. Why HR? What do you hope to achieve in this role and how are you able to contribute to the department?
