ResultsCX person did not show up for the scheduled interview at all. There was no heads up or notification of any kind via message, mail or a call. And there is zero possibility for time zones confusion as we are same time zone with the recruiter and the ResultsCX AI assistant was sending reminder notifications with the correct meeting details from the previous day. Extreme lack of professionalism by ResultsCX.

It was quick, organized because they're easy to find and easy to do. Assessment was about english vocab, english writing, and logic. Basic questions. Initial interview same as final interview.
Simple ,easy . Self explanatory questions. Just be yourself and use STAR method. Make sure to also ask questions regarding the company . Also ask about policies regarding the company.
