Very easy and does not require deliverables or technicals. Only interview and see if you are a cultural fit for the team. Only had one round of interview. If you reach out the employer directly you have better chances.

Had a typical phone screen with HR/recruiter, followed up with only a singular interview with a team member, wasn’t super technical by any means, felt more like a conversation about my interests and why I wanted to work there.
