Very informative and the shadow portion of the job gives you a real look into day to day responsibilities. You get to meet a lot of different people in the organization who give you different views into the organization.
Easy, straight forward and was organized. Very structured and the people interviewing put in the time and effort to make me feel comfortable. Would recommend anyone getting started in sales to go through it
I was told to give a mock sales pitch to a veteran employee as well as a meeting with the CEO and members of the management team about typical responsibilities within a sales environment.
You have to do a mock sales call and two other interviews, one with a team lead and rest with recruiters. Questions were all relatively basic, in the role play they just look to make sure you can speak clearly and confidently.
