Phone interview first and then within 2 weeks received a call for a face to face interview with a 5 people. Interview took 4 hrs but went by fast. Everyone was easy to talk to. I didn’t feel like I was in an interrogation like a lot of interviews can feel like.

Multiple single person interviews. Asked about being a self-starter and knowledge of purchasing and planning. Most interviewers forgot I was coming, was very unorganized and relaxed. Was able to meet the team members on the interview.
