I had a call with the company's HR first and then they sent over a design task. The task was actually really difficult as they were asking that I would redesign their whole catalogue of products to be under one masterbrand (instead of a few separate brands). This made me suspicious based on previous experiences I've had and made me think that this is probably an actual project the company is going through at that time. And I was right. After the task I was invited to their offices to present that in person. That went very well however tey realised that the task they gave initially was too broad and it was not an opportunity to actually see ideas and creativity. So after that interview, I was sent a second task that was way more creative and inspiring, to design a few products based on a current trend. That task was presented virtually and it went really well and I was offered the job. However unfortunately what they presented to me during the interview process about the role was definitely not accurate and I was very disappointed
