Screening with Engineering Head, then technical interview with a couple of engineers. Screening was fine, technical was fine. All very nice people hoping that you succeed. Seemed cool, wish I had gotten it.

How do you optimize the access permissions for a Ruby-on-Rails framework?
The interview process was great as a candidate. The entire process took a few weeks and involved a phone screen, behavioural rounds and a technical round for the Software Developer role. The expectations and timelines were really well communicated throughout, and the website also provided helpful insight into what the process looked like. Everybody I interviewed with was friendly and professional. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and think candidates would find the interview process well organized and positive.

Smooth and well organized, HR responded around a week after each round. There were three rounds: HR screen, behavioural with team manager, and a technical. The whole process took about a month.
