First had a video interview then an in-person interview about a month later. The questions were the same in both interviews, asked to describe different scenarios and the outcomes.
Took over a month to get back after in person interview.

Question 1
Describe a time you went above and beyond for a patient and what the result was.
They asked me about my work history and roles, strengths and weaknesses, and about additional services such as MedsChecks (diabetes and regular) and flu shots. They did not ask any clinical questions.
The interview was nice and informative, they asked about my current location and when I’ll finish my licensing process. I had a follow up meeting to discuss the offer which was sent by email.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rexall (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2023
