Interview
A few days after submitting a resume online, I was contacted by phone to set up an in-person interview. I met with the hiring attorneys later that week, and had a great interview. We had a wonderful rapport and my background was a great match for their unique needs. I followed up two weeks later, only to be told that they were still going through the initial round of interviews. Three more weeks passed and I followed up again, once with the recruiter and once again with the hiring attorneys, and so far all three have ignored my emails. They have since re-posted the position, leaving me to assume that they were not interested in my candidacy. OK, that's their prerogative, but to keep stringing an applicant along in case something better doesn't come along is VERY unprofessional. It almost makes me glad that they passed on my application. If this is how badly they treat prospective employees, they must treat the actual employees much worse. I should thank them for the rejection!

Interview
The interview was pretty straightforward. I met with the hiring manager and was asked basic questions about my experience. We went through my resume and talked about each position. Then I was asked basic skill questions.
