Interview
Informal, nothing is every put in writing. Interviewed by owner and Program Director. I was not asked about my experience was promised one week of vacation pay as compensation for paying me less. Every part of the interview was vague. The process was easy enough I was not given any specifics as to what my new responsibilities would be.
