Interview process included pre-interview activities that made perfect sense for the position. There was one in person meeting with the direct supervisor and a consultant and one online meeting with the same supervisor, the team lead and additional team member.

How have you handled conflict with your colleague or manager in the past.
Not very structured. Nothing ever came directly from an HR rep which I found to be odd. It seems they were parading a lot of candidates thru perhaps in an attempt to gain knowledge from industry experts that they never planned to hire???
