I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rila in Sep 2022
Interview
I spoke with an employee from HR initially - she was extremely welcoming and exceeded my expectations with communication/questions. After introductions and further information about RILA, I then interviewed with the VP, and Senior Manager (two-separate calls) of the potential team I was to be apart of. I enjoyed those conversations and was eager to finally interview with the Executive VP of the team, following the approval or 'green light' from the interviewers before. Each interview was detail-oriented, interpersonal, and overall a fantastic experience for me.
Not very structured. Nothing ever came directly from an HR rep which I found to be odd. It seems they were parading a lot of candidates thru perhaps in an attempt to gain knowledge from industry experts that they never planned to hire???
