Ringway Jacobs interview questions

Based on my personal experience with Ringway, it appears that their interview process lacked organization and professionalism. Their Manager, Wanted to Cancel meetings last minute after I reached their site last June, lack of communication regarding job offers, and management unpreparedness during the interview demonstrate a disregard for candidates' time and effort. After verbally offering the job in the 1st interview they called for a 2nd interview 2 months later to test my CAD knowledge where their CAD specialist was absent at the interview meeting. Additionally, critiquing my CAD technique without proper knowledge themselves is unconstructive and unfair. It's disappointing that despite my efforts to follow up 2 interview in between June - August, they did not provide any feedback or closure. They have wasted my time and money to travel to their site office in Southwark London. Overall, Ringway's handling of the interview process reflects poorly on their company culture and professionalism."
