I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rippling (Kharagpur, West Bengal) in Aug 2025
Interview
First introduction, then some basic theorerical DSA questions, like why we use priority queue for Dijkstra and then DSA questions. First question was implementation of an standard Dijkstra algorithm, and second question was a follow up of it.
It was a pretty straightforward process with an active recruiter. Different interviewers had different vibes and different ways of responding which made the interview process not feel as standardized as other companies.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rippling (New York, NY) in Sep 2025
Interview
long process: OA -> recruiter -> tech interview -> VO (tech + behav) -> 2 HM rounds
quick feedback, usually hear back in 1 hour if I get to moved on the next round
supportive interviewers (during tech rounds) giving really good hints
