I was invited to an interview - confirmed availability and received a confirmation email with the link to the online interview. 1.5 hours prior to the interview the recruiter cancelled without any context. I followed up to ask for an explanation and/or feedback, but was completely ghosted. Having worked in the Talent Acquisition space myself for 8 years, this was an awful candidate experience.
