I applied online. I interviewed at Rippling (Westminster, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied last week and immediately received a response to take an assessment and afterward to schedule a date for the interview. It was fast and responsive which I thought was great. Unfortunately, once the interview came around, the recruiter already seemed uninterested the moment I greeted her over the phone. I talked about my background and experience after she gave a brief introduction of the company. From there I was not too sure if I should continue talking since the tone, she gave me made it clear she wanted the interview to be over. She asked simple follow up questions of my experience but when I told her the answers, I assumed it is not what she was looking for which was fine, but I would have liked feedback to improve. The interview did not even last 15 minutes, and I began to regret applying in the first place. She did not make me feel welcome but felt I was merely wasting her time. Overall, the hiring procedure need to improve. Recruiters are there to set the mood of the interview as they gather information to pick candidates, they believe should move onto the next round but if they cannot even come across as friendly and welcoming, the candidates will either mirror that attitude or become unsure of themselves and will not pass the first basic round.

Interview
Process took a bit longer than expected but went well. First step right after I applied was a skills test related to the role. I was sent a document with questions I was to complete and send back within a few days. Next was a phone screening with a recruiter. Then there was a zoom meeting scheduled with a manager. I received an email afterwards that they wanted me to interview for the same position but different department. I interviewed with a manager for the different department. a final interview was scheduled with a supervisor. After about a week I received an email for another meeting and received an offer. Overall, the process took a little over a month to complete everything.

Don't waste your time with this company!
An interview was arranged on the first call which was then rescheduled as the interviewer was not keeping well.
After rescheduling the interview, I was sent a written assessment which was supposed to be completed in 2 hours. I finished the same and submitted it.
I was given a call by another HR for the next round. This round also was rescheduled two times for the same reason that the interviewer is unwell.
The day before the interview they called to inform, the position is on hold now so we are cancelling the process!
