Interview
The first step was a match talk where they asked about why I was interested in the job, what my salary expectations were and described the next steps.
After the match talk I was sent a take home assignment to complete that was mostly time management and project management type questions.
This was followed by an interview with the team manager.
That was followed by a peer interview and another manager interview.
The final step was a match talk about how the interviews had gone and to ask any lingering questions before they made the offer.

Interview
Most frustrating and unprofesional experience. Recruiter sent an email asking for interview availability. After submitting my times, I was ghosted after following up twice. Then 2 weeks later I got the same notification from the recruiter asking for my availability. After scheduling a time with the recruiter, we met. I'm a Green Card holder and 1 minute into the interview, the recruiter stopped and said she wasn't sure if I was eligible to work in the US with a Green Card and needed to check internally before proceeding. I state that I'm a Green Card holder in my resume so she could have asked this before the interview. Furthermore her LinkedIn profile says she's been in recruitment for a long enough period to know Green Card holders do have work authorization. 30 seconds after the call ended, she sent me a re-booking link. I re-booked another time and when that time came around, she cancelled the meeting with no explanation. No respect for wasting candidates time.
