I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rippling in Apr 2024
Interview
I had an overall positive interview process. This consisted of 4 interviews over the course of 2 months.
Round 1: Standard call with the recruiter to gauge experience. Interviews was a few minutes late but nothing significant. Surface level exchange.
Round 2: Talent Manager, asked questions about my implementation experience, This interviewer had more job specific details about the role. More specific questions. Time management, client relations, problem solving, etc.
Round 3: Meet with the original recruiter and was given 40mins to complete a task on how to prioritize and respond to client communications (email). Met a current manager to debrief and discuss my answers/ thought process.
Round 4: Met with a another manager, less formal Q&A session for both parties.
About 1,5 weeks after the final interview they reached out for 2 references 1 manager and 1 peer. Then another was scheduled with the original recruiter and I received my offer. Good Luck!

I applied online. I interviewed at Rippling in Jun 2026
Interview
1. Applied online
2. Recruiter response within 5 days of applying; scheduled teams meeting for initial screening with recruiter
3. Screening complete, recruiter passes info to manager of the team
4. 30 min Interview with team manager
5. Received decision within 3 business days
I was denied and unsure why as both screens went exceptionally well. I also come from one of their biggest competitors with years of experience. I was even told during the interview with the manager that I seem to know a lot about the role that I applied for. Unsure if they’re interviewing for market research or to actually hire qualified candidates. It was an ok experience. I’m a black woman located in TX.
