I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling in Jan 2025
Interview
Referral --> Recruiter --> HM --> case study with HM. The company has grown too fast and that shows up in how they handle professionalism. I spent more than 10 hours preparing for the case study which is basically building a operating model for them. Then never heard for a week and then when I reached out they said they hired internally
I applied online. I interviewed at Rippling in Jun 2026
Interview
1. Applied online
2. Recruiter response within 5 days of applying; scheduled teams meeting for initial screening with recruiter
3. Screening complete, recruiter passes info to manager of the team
4. 30 min Interview with team manager
5. Received decision within 3 business days
I was denied and unsure why as both screens went exceptionally well. I also come from one of their biggest competitors with years of experience. I was even told during the interview with the manager that I seem to know a lot about the role that I applied for. Unsure if they’re interviewing for market research or to actually hire qualified candidates. It was an ok experience. I’m a black woman located in TX.
