The process was thought out, moved fairly fast, and questions were challenging & thoughtful. All seemed great. I was told I was going to get an offer, then the recruiter completely ghosted me. As a Recruiter myself, it is shocking. It was an opportunity to see recruiting standards there from my pov. Completely disappointing.
