Interview
I recently went through the interview process for the Implementation Manager position at Rippling, and I wanted to share my experience.
The interview process was organized and well-structured. The hiring team clearly explained the three interviews and the case study, so I felt prepared at each stage. Communication during the initial process was excellent, and I appreciated the support I received from the team.
However, after completing the final interview, I experienced a significant lack of communication. Despite following up a few times, I received no responses or updates about my application status. This silence was disappointing and left me feeling uncertain about my standing in the process.
Effective communication is essential, particularly in the hiring process. I believe it's crucial for companies to keep candidates informed, regardless of the decision made. This transparency shows professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and effort.
Overall, while the interview process itself was strong, the lack of follow-up communication is a significant area for improvement. I hope that Ripping can enhance their candidate experience by being more transparent about the decisions made.

The process consisted of an initial recruiter phone screen followed by a secondary interview with the Hiring Manager. While the recruiter screen was standard and professional, the transition to the Hiring Manager stage was where the experience significantly declined.
