The process included a formal phone interview, followed by a “informal” meet and greet in person to make sure they find someone who’s the right fit with other employees. It was hinted numerous times over the phone that I pretty much had the job and it went well, just to meet with them and listen to them talk about how much they were family and valued my time. Both interviews ran over the allotted time by half an hour, just for them to ghost me for over a month.
