      Talent Aquisition Interview

      Aug 6, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Rivian in Jul 2020

      Interview

I was excited about the company when applying and through the interview process it just changed. Biggest downside I noticed on the process was candidate experience which the team said they value highly of but it showed otherwise. It was a pretty general interview and nothing complex or too crazy. Cons: -Didn't get to ask too many questions and the manager seemed annoyed when I wanted to get past 2 or 3. -Recruiter communication was bad and almost never got email responses and would have to follow up 3-4 times for a simple interview question. -Manager really wasn't too easy to chat with and really didn't let me go into my background and seemed more into just bragging about the selling points. Pro's: -Interesting product and field
