The interview process consisted of phone screen by recruiter, followed by hiring manager screen and another technical phone screen. This was followed by full day of five interviews. Most interviewers were cordial and interviews were good, It was behavioral , situaltional and technical rounds. But after taking day off to attend interview and nearly spending 10 hours just doing interviews, there was no response. The recruiter simply did not even respond to any of my follow-ups and ghosted me completely. This is really bad way to treat candidates who also spend their time and energy and tells lot about the company culture.
