and I was going to have interview with my Manger who I am going to work with, but I couldn't grip a chances

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rivian (Palo Alto, CA) in Sep 2024
Interview
Recruiter never showed up or followed up after setting up an interview for several weeks. Easy STAR based behavioral situations but lack of active communication from the recruiter really put me off.
Recruiter interview followed up by manager interview. Presentation to panel. Then individual interviews with each member followed up by a final interview with the director. Good processed though very time consuming.
