I've heard different things about the experience with Rivian. I got to the second screening and then I just never heard back from them. That is a little disappointing, I'd have expect to hear from them at least to let me know that I'm no longer consider for the role. The set of interviews were in general good, I think I did a great job on the first one, it seems like the on the second one the interviewer was not that interested or really that knowledgeable. Both of the interviews were more like conversations were they really make you feel comfortable; the second one was more technical but nothing really challenging. My great disappointment is that I never got to hear from them. That doesn't talk that good about a company like this.
