First level of interview was with the director and Second level of interview was with the Architect. During 1st round, It was a casual discussion to know about my experience and background . During 2nd round of discussion, it was some pre-templated questions asked by the interviewer. It seemed the interviewer was very much sticked to questions what needed to be asked and expected the answer what was there in his excel sheet. The process of interviewing the candidates need to be changed first of all. Need to check the potential of the candidate if he / she can efficiently do the job for which they are recruiting , instead the interviewer asked all the questions which I worked in the past and least bothered my current skillsets. In a way, I was happy with the outcome because I landed in a 10x better job in the very next week.
