I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Rivian
Interview
It was a two question phone interview that left me wondering what happened. Candidly, I am not sure it would have been the right position for me, but had it been I would have been even more upset with the process. See transcription below.
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rivian (Denver, CO) in Sep 2023
Interview
It consisted of a brief phone screen with a recruiter and an in-person interview at one of their service centers with the person I would have worked under. The first call lasted approximately 20 minutes, my in-person interview consisted of a conversation for about 35 minutes and a brief tour of the facility.
