I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rivian (Plymouth, MI) in Mar 2020
Interview
Two Rounds of interviews. Both were on a zoom call. The first interview was with the Human Resource team. The second Interview was with Team Leader. The people are very nice at Rivian!
Meeting with HR, then a 30-minute presentation to a panel of engineers on a project I worked on, followed by 30 minutes of questions and answers. Pretty straightforward. I felt well-prepared for the presentation, they gave us some info beforehand on the type of info we should focus on.
