Rivier University interview questions

The interview process was quite straightforward. I had a total of four interviews. It started with the initial phone screen (10-15 mins), where I learned more about the position and I was asked to share a list of references. I was then asked to go into the office to meet the department director. I was asked back for a third interview to meet with more members of the team. The final interview I met with one of the VP of the University.

Hiring involved a series of interviews and meetings with several faculty, staff, and students. Everyone was cordial; friendly. I was never made to feel uncomfortable. I did not field any surprise questions. In all, a pretty "vanilla" process.
