      Multi-step process that gives multiple opportunities to learn lots about both the organization and potential future coworkers. An initial interview is followed by a practical exercise. Assuming the exercise goes well, you'll be asked to interview with individuals from multiple teams across the organization. Finally, an interview with a founder rounds out the process.

      Specifics of the practical exercise vary depending on the role to which you are applying. Overall, the exercise makes the entire process more transparent, for you and for Ro. It's a great gauge of whether you're a good fit, and whether you'd enjoy the role that you're seeking.
