The interview was very professional. They are currently moving offices, so things were crazy, but the interview was very well done. The office manager told me that she would have offers out by Friday afternoon, but didnt receive one till Monday around noon. The discussion about compensation mostly because the listed position salary range is way below the industry average. However, they gave averages since experience varies.
