I was referred by a current employee, and was contacted shortly after sending my resume over. After a 15 minute phone screen, I was asked if the position sounded interesting to me, (it was), and we set up a time for me to come into the office. I met with the Sales Development Manager, a Business Development Manager, and the CMO of the Americas concurrently. They were very relaxed and easy going, and helped explain what the role would consist of without asking any "curveball" questions. After this meeting, I was set up to meet the global CMO. After that, I set up another interview with the CEO. The last 2 interviews were largely a "culture check" - ROKT places a strong value on their culture (can be boiled down to 'work hard, play hard') and I liked that the staff were invested top to bottom in making sure that incoming team members fit with the core values.
