Interview
Applied for the position in June 2019 and they reached out in January 2020. Had a video interview that lasted approximately 6 minutes. I was then told by the women she would send an email in regards to if they want to move forward or not in a week because everyone would be offsite for a week. 5 minutes after the video interview ended I received a rejection email. When I asked for feedback I was given a generic template email saying my background didn't match the requirements of the role. I know for a fact my resume and cover letter proved I had more experience then what was required. I found it disrespectful that over the course of the interview the individual was on their phone.

1. 15-min call with HR
They briefly explained their business and asked me some basic questions such as "What do you know about Rokt", "Tell me about yourself" and "What's your expected salary".
2. Aptitude assessment
It's an IQ test like P&G's. They use a platform called Criteria Corp.
3. 30-min interview with a director
I had a 30-min interview with the Director of Customer Success. They asked me about my experience with data analytics.
4. 40-min presentation
They provided me with some data and I had to prepare slides to present a quarterly business review. The presentation was recorded for hiring managers.
Their response was quick throughout the whole process which I appreciated. Although, the resources they provided me for the presentation were limited and I had a hard time collecting information on the internet as they don't list many details on there. They don't require you to have an experience in account management or e-commerce, but I felt that you'd have to have at least a few years of work experience in a related field to pass the presentation round.
