I did the assessment on Feb 7 and no word until March 3rd to be told they moved forward with other candidates and no need to take assessment. Very disorganized and a mess. It’s honestly for the better because wanting Software Engineers to do an IQ test before getting to talk to a human only goes to show the toxicity from the culture and the over exaggerated grandiose mindset that they are of a FAANG level to require ridiculous things.
