Went through 3 interviews as well as an extremely extensive home assignment, and then never got an answer one way or another. Felt it was a bit disrespectful to invest so much time and not even get a final answer, much less feedback

Applied through university career center, had skype interview with hiring manager (basic tell me about yourself, why you are interested, what are your career goals), then in person interview at office with members of the team (behavioral based to see if you can do the job and whether your personality is a fit)

the process was very smooth as the people at Roomer are very nice and welcome.
i had 3 stages of the process:
1. a meeting with the HR
2. task at home
3. a meeting with the VP Product and discussion about the task

the HR had general describe yourself questions and tell us about yourself.
home task was to review specific feature\function module and describe how will you improve it (sorry i can't tell more as i don't think it's fair to ruin their home tasks).
i can tell it is something very simple and easy that doesn't requires more than 1-2 hours from your spare time.
