Pretty standard - they asked me to tell something about myself and go through my CV. Then they asked technical questions such as "Which stocks you'd recommend to buy now?", valuation methods etc.

They asked which stocks I'd recommend to short sell in the market outside Canada (more specifically, Russia) and why
Two person interview. First walk me through your resume than there are a lot of market base questions. What's going on the world? What's your view on oil prices? How do you think it impact banking businesses? There are a lot of follow up questions. You really have to understand what you are saying.
