1) Quick phone interview 2) Interview with the hiring manager and another employee After my second interview, I received no updates. I emailed about the opening and asked for feedback. I wish I could have at least received any type of communication about the position, but I believe I have been ghosted.

Interview
Overall, from when my application was sent to when I was offered a position, it took a little over a month. They first emailed about a phone interview which was basic (asking about your previous positions, why you left the positions, etc). The face to face interview was a week later. I met with two managers. The interview was not difficult. They asked some situational questions, asked about my past experience, and explained the position. Overall, I had a great interview experience.

Needed to go back for 2nd interview with the same supervisor and same mgr. from first interview.
Asking me the same questions??!
Mgr. looked disorganized they didn't explained the need for this 2nd. interview, which could have been done over the phone.
