There were 3 interviews in the morning. One from each department. One was technical while the other two were a mix. Depending on what college you are from changes what kind of interview you will receive
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Rothschild & Co (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
I was invited to the interview after attending a programme with the company. They provided plenty of notice and offered multiple dates and times. The assessment centre included a group task, an individual task, and an interview with two senior bankers. I don’t remember much about the first two tasks, but the interview wasn’t difficult. However, it did require a lot of preparation, especially on markets. The questions were very straightforward and they didn’t try to intimidate me. Overall, a good experience.
