December 21, I had an interview with the EE in this university, the questions was sent prior. They have a panel of professors including the chair. They asked many questions including project type courses which I had an excellent experience, I noticed that the chair was talking with someone while asking questions, my take was that the interview went well, they promised to get back with a second interview in February, but nothing came out, in May 22 the send an email saying that the job was canceled and reposted and your application is automatically in for consideration. In June 22 they send another email saying the job was canceled later in July 22 they reposted the job again, I sent an email to the chair asking about the job but no answer? This is the longest run around I ever had in a job, it is a kind of breaking your spirit, without knowing it makes me stronger, it is a bureaucracy and playing with public money with their desires.
