Interview
After applying, I had a phone interview, and then a flyout where I gave both teaching and research presentations to show my work and its relevancy to the department, as well as interviews with most of the faculty within the department. Felt like the interview went well, but I never heard back from them, found out later that someone else had gotten the position, and it took months to get reimbursed for my flight. Also no one in the department responded to my thank you letters.
