Royal Botanical Gardens interview questions

They had an optional camp called L.I.T. for children that taught them the basics of being a camp counselor in the years prior. After completing the course, I applied with a resume and was taken to meet the camp director and one of the head staff. They asked a few questions and I was brought on as a volunteer. I'm sure that there are more intense questions and scrutiny if you attempt to go as a full counselor.

The interview process wasn’t stressful, the people were really friendly. The questions asked were fairly easy. It were mostly general questions asking about yourself, your experience and expectations. Overall it was one of the most friendly environment interview I have given.
