Royal British Legion interview questions

I was invited to interview over Microsoft Teams with two interviewers. The interview was approx. 45 minutes with questions based around RBL's values. The interviewer explained that each question is scored on a points based system. I was not offered he role but was given detailed feedback about my interview and how I can improve.

It was supposed to be a three-stage interview. Dropped out at stage one. Interviewers were friendly, emailed for feedback and were kind enough to respond. Overall a decent experience despite negative outcome.
