They seem to expect the highest qualifications to work ultra overtime for free in a dirty job, a modern building but the process uses messy liquids.
Their job advertisements looked like scams written by Nigerian spammers, but no, it is a real company, the scam seems to be working you to death 72 hours per week for a moderate salary.
I said that I could not work a continuous 24 hours but could do the 12 hours for 6 days, but then I came to my senses and kind of lost enthusiasm for the rest of the interview, not refusing work, just not being the best applicant.
The following were actual excerpts from their job advertisements: (My comments are in parentheses.)
This position is based in our new state of the arts manufacturing facility... (I guess just a singular state of the art wasn't good enough, it had to be arts.)
Primary Functions:
Provide project management leadership on various product development projects including the introduction of new products to the manufacturing (To the manufacturing what? The sentence just ends there.)
Develop and execute realeastic schedule and monitor miticulasly to timely implementation (They don't have realistic or meticulous spelling.)
Work with equipment and consumables vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation equipments
Manage the schedule of clean room constructions
(Adding an s just makes construction and that extraneous equipment tacked on the end, that much more impressive.)
