HR to Team Manager, To Director to a group interview. The process can feels long and time consuming as I've met members of different teams from upwards of 45 mins in each meeting,

Interview
Interview process took a little over a month. I had separate interviews with the VP of product, and also the Senior product manager. Next step was a case study interview, followed by a short interview with the team member I'd be reporting to.

Interview
4 interviews with various individual team members followed by a 1 hour case study with a panel. The entire process lasted around 1 month. After the final interview, I was told I would be contacted in a week with a decision. They never reached out, so I followed up with my contact to ask for updates - no response. I followed up again a week later and was ignored again. I'm shocked that a company could be so unprofessional and ghost a candidate after 5 interviews. If you look at some of the previous interviews on Glassdoor you'll see that I'm not the first candidate to get ghosted. If you value your time, I would avoid RubiconMD.
