I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Runshaw College in Aug 2024
Interview
Invited to an in-person interview at their Leyland campus. The interview lasted most of the day. The interview day consisted of a formal interview, a test and a tour. Between the sections of the interview, there was time spent waiting in a room with other candidates. The staff and interview panel were friendly and made me feel relaxed answering their questions. However, the questions asked were very long and it was easy to miss a part of the question. The interviewers used their own internal buzzwords frequently during the interview without explaining what they meant.
The role was not filled as the same position was advertised again shortly after being told I was unsuccessful.
