Russell Standard interview questions

Straightforward behaviorals and company knowledge questions. It was nothing too difficult, make sure to do some research on the company before going into the interview. Interviewers were very nice and made the whole process flow smoothly.

Phone screening, followed by in-person interview, conducted at company HQ in Pittsburgh. Company paid for travel expenses; I made travel arrangements. I interviewed with HR and 3 senior managers. Company changed interview schedule on me at the time of my arrival. I was held for a few hours in the conference room waiting for a final interview, which did not proceed. I felt it wasn't organized well as an interview, and they used this opportunity as more of a consultancy to gather info about the market. I was subsequently ghosted.
